Buildings projects

How do we work ?!

Phases of design

Meeting
In the beginning of the cooperation we meet and set the details and scope of the project, then we prepare the valuation of design. After the presentation of the offer, we sign a contract, then the investor transfers advance on the implementation of the documentation. He takes the form (forms can be found here) on our website, completes and returns it to our e-mail address located in the contact section.

Ist Phase
At this stage, we prepare concepts (Ist Phase) of the project which includes the plan and 3d model of the building. We consult with the customer all concepts. Il Senso also introduces  the investor’s comments and suggestions, we also discuss every detail with client. We are in a constant contact with constructor, designer of water with sewage, central heating and gas, electrical designer, designer of the road industry as well as with geodesist, geologist, etc.).

IInd Phase
When the conceptual design is agreed and approved by investor and when documentation with, for example, water with sewage, central heating and gas etc is proper we can move to the IInd Phase. At this moment we can prepare all design documentation ready to submit an application for the issuance of a building permit. (All information needed to submit an application for the issuance of a building permit can be found here).
